{James 2.12} So speak and so act as those who are to be judged by the law of liberty.

I can be so very judgmental toward others, especially other believers in response to my perception of how they are acting. I am often so quick to judge sin that I think I see in the lives of others.

But this is not the will of God for me. God wants me to approach others with love, giving them the benefit of the doubt, covered with grace. He wants me to leave the judging to Him - He is the only One who us truly able to judge, after all.

I need to treat my brothers and sisters in Christ with love. I need to remember that Christianity is not about the Law but about the freedom we have in Christ.

Father, forgive me for my quickness to judge others. Help me to remember that my role is to love, leaving judgment to You. I do not and can not know what is in the heart of a person. Only You can see that. Help me to love all and show Your grace with liberality.
