Are you TRUSTING Him?? // {1 Peter 5.7}

{1 Peter 5.7} "Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you."

Are you anxious? Are you worried about something today? Give it to Jesus.

This verse tells us that we can trust Christ with our cares and concerns because He cares for us.

I'm also reminded of Philippians 4.6:

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

When we worry and fret, we basically tell Jesus that we don't trust Him. We become self-focused instead of focusing on Christ.  

He is able and wants to take care of all of our needs and desires. He is sovereign and will work all things according to His glorious plan.

Let's cast our cares at His feet today. Let's trust Him with the details of our lives.
