{1 Corinthians 13.8}
{1 Corinthians 13.8} "Love never fails."
There is so much I could say on this verse... I even started writing a Bible study on it at one point a few years ago.
What a pertinent verse to follow up our discussion from this morning regarding yesterday's verse about divorce.
Love never fails.
Our human ability to love will always fail at some point. But God's love will never fail. And as believers, we are called to choose each day to love those whom God has entrusted to us.
Love isn't a fuzzy feeling in our hearts.
Love is a choice we make.
Love is a verb.

This is my favorite chapter in the Bible. I had to memorize it when I was in high school, and I am so glad I did. I have tried to keep these words in my heart and mind every day.
Thank you for visiting my blog. You and Meghan have inspired me to keep trying to accomplish goals a little at a time. We as humans seem to fail over and over. Thankfully God loves us through it all. What a wonderfully forgiving Father we have.
