Top 10 Tuesday: A Year in Book Reviews
I've missed being able to "read for pleasure" as much as I'd like lately, so I thought I'd share a few of my favorite book reviews from this year, to remind myself how blessed I am to have the opportunity to work with some great publishing companies. And don't forget, if you're looking for a good book to read, be sure to check out my "Book Store" for suggestions!
- A Hope Undaunted
- The Blogging Church
- Prayers of an Excellent Wife
- The Bishop
- The Lord's Prayer
- In Harm's Way
- Forget Me Not
- Too Close to Home
- The Silent Governess
- Jenna's Cowboy

Hey Ashley,
Great book reviews! I've really been getting a lot of encouragement from your blog, so I left you a blog award on my site!
Take care,

I found you via Top 10 Tuesday and love your site. I just finished reading, "Trusting God" by Jerry Bridges and think I'll add it to my top ten books ever. I'll have to check out a number of the ones on your list now too. Thanks!

I've started reading the "Anne Of Green Gables" series. I finished the first one and am now on the second one. I sneak in a couple of pages every chance I get. I can't put them down!
I'm a fan of cooking/baking so one of the books I've read lately is called "Under the Table" by Katherine Darling. It's a great book about the adventures of attending culinary school! Definitely a great ready for any foodie lovers out there! And I'll definitely have to try reading some of the books you've mentioned in your post!
Thanks so much for the award! It's my first "blogging" award! :)
I love Jerry Bridges, but I haven't read much of him lately - I should really do that! :) Thanks for sharing the suggestion.
I'll be sure to stop by your blog in a bit to check out your post - I need a few good reasons to "get up" in the mornings!
Loved Anne as a girl. I can't wait to share them with my daughter in a few years... I should probably dust the collection off and read them again myself! :)
I hear ya! I miss reading "for pleasure" so badly! I used to be able to read 1-2 books a week! Now I am lucky if it is 1-2 every 3 months! :)
Will have to check out some that you recommended!
Hopping by from the Hip Homeschool Hop to say "hi"! Have a great day!!
