Need some UBP'10 advice...

Tomorrow starts the Ultimate Blog Party 2010 (hosted by 5 Minutes for Mom), and I need a little advice from you.

For my "party post", I want to do a vlog (this will be a first for me) to welcome the party goers, along with highlighting a few "key posts" to introduce them to AP Freewriting.  (I was also hoping to be able to unveil the blog overhaul, but life has gotten in the way of my completing it.)

What would you like to see in the vlog?  I don't want it to be too long (30-45 seconds) or too deep.  Are there any key points I should be sure to mention?

What posts would be good ones to highlight?  What are some of your favorite features on this blog?

Is there anything you'd like to know about me that I could "share with the world" as part of this post?  Feel free to ask ANYTHING (with the understanding that I have the right to not answer should I choose)!
