I'm grateful for...
Yesterday, I sent out a plea for help - looking for a topic for today's post. One person suggested a meme they'd seen (but didn't know where it was hosted - so I used this awesome site to find it), while another person suggested the topic of gratitude. I decided to incorporate both ideas, joining both the Top Ten Tuesday and Gratituesday memes today.
The Top Ten Things I'm Grateful for Today (in no particular order):
* My awesome hubbie who made me coffee this morning before he left for work.
* The sunshine outside.
* Two healthy kids who love life.
* The blessing of being able to be a homemaker (though I'm not very good at it).
* High-speed internet.
* Jenny's brilliant mind that soaks up information like a sponge.
* My friends and family that are a wonderful support system.
* Great books to read for FREE.
* My hubbie's job that pays well and provides for us.
* God's awesome provision of a HUGE tax return that let us delete some major debt.
Be sure to stop by each of the hostesses' sites (click on the meme buttons below) and visit the others participating in the memes today!

Thanks so much for linking up!! I love gratitude posts! :) And btw, high-speed internet?! I could write a love sonnet to it.
:)
Great post! It's always nice to write out what we're thankful for to be reminded that we have a lot to be thankful for! lol It's good to see we're not the only ones who use our tax returns to pay off debt. We're hoping that by next year we can actually use that money to splurge with and not pay off debt with!
YEAH! I like this one ;) Well I like all your posts!
I love that you are working towards being debt free! We used to use our tax return to pay off debt...check...debt gone. NOW we use our tax return to do home improvements and go on vacation. We are also upping our emergency fund a bit more with some of it.
@Gottes - We used to use our refunds for "fun" things & to build our savings, but when we discovered our debt (long story), we decided that it was more important to eliminate than having fun was! Hopefully next year's refund will go towards upgrading our main vehicle and possibly re-starting a house fund!
