Toilet Time...
This has been the week of toilets.
Last week at Prayer Meeting, Jenny disappeared. I went out into the hallway to find her. I called out her name, and she answered me from the Men's Bathroom. I opened the door to find her, and she hopped down off the urinal. "I used the little potty, Mommy!" (We had a good talk with Daddy when we got home about using ONLY the Women's Bathroom, NOT the Men's Bathroom.)
Then, Monday, both kids were MIA in the evening. I found them both in the bathroom "cleaning" the toilet. Jenny had the plunger and was attempting to "clean" the toilet with it. David had both hands in the water and was splashing to his heart's content. Thankfully, Jenny had flushed her pee/poop before deciding to "clean" the toilet with her brother!
And finally, just moments ago, I heard the toilet flush. J isn't here - he went to the recycling center to empty our recycling tub. Jenny is sitting in the recliner with me. Only David is MIA. I walked into the bathroom, and there he was. As proud as can be that he made the potty flush. I have a feeling we're going to have to keep that door closed now!
Oh the potty. Oh the potty tales.
Do you have any potty tales to share??
