Lessons from Dad...

This morning, I got to Church for praise team practice, and Pastor told me that he was having all the people up front share a "lesson from Dad". Now, I know that my dad has taught me a TON, but in between the earliness of the morning, the fact that I hadn't had coffee yet, trying to practice for praise team, getting ready and teaching the primary Sunday school class, and everything else I had to do this morning (oh yeah, make sure my kids were in their classes and behaving), my brain wasn't functioning at 100% and the only thing I could think of was that my dad taught me to love sports and competition.

Dad - you've taught me so much more. You've taught me about life and love. You've taught me that it's OK to make mistakes. You taught me about Jesus and living the Christian life. You've been a constant supporter of my life.

I love you, DADDY!!!
