Tomorrow is S day...

... that's right. Tomorrow is the big SALE. I've been busy all week getting ready for it. I spent most of Monday and yesterday pricing and sorting all the goodies for the sale. Tuesday was my "day off" to run errands - CVS trip which I made $3.56 for taking $50 of products home with me, library to check out ALL the Gossip Girl books they had on the shelves (I'm done with four so far), a stop at the park to let Jenny play, and a fruitless stop at WAGS (they were out of my money making products). Sorry I haven't been around to blog "randomly" this week. Last weekend was pretty busy, too. We were out of town, saying goodbye to my little sister who is studying abroad in Mexico this summer. We spent Friday driving up, having lunch with my grandparents, spending the afternoon visiting with them, hanging out with my family (my sister, her BF, her BFF, my mom, and my dad - my bro and SIL are in DE, so they couldn't be there). Saturday, my mom, Jenny, and I went to watch a rehersal for the children's program at my mom and dad's church that my aunts were in charge of on Sunday. Afterwards, J and the rest of the family met us for lunch. Then, my mom and I got into the attic and got down her old homeschooling stuff so I can start prepping for Jenny this fall... I'm not crazy - she's just showing the signs of being ready to start learning to read (letter recognition, starting to recognize letter sounds, etc), so I'm getting ready to start working more constructively on those skills... after all, she's got to keep up with her Mommy, right? (I was reading on a fourth grade scale by the end of kindergarten.)

I'm super bummed about all the season finales having been the last two weeks. What are we going to do all summer? Oh yeah... enjoy our BRAND NEW DECK!! It's almost done!! They started it last weekend, and I think they should probably be done by the end of the weekend at the latest (at least I'm hoping!!!). I can't wait!!

Oh yeah... so the SALE's tomorrow... unfortunately, my friend that was supposed to be joining me is sick, so she won't be around tomorrow, but hopefully she'll be feeling better Saturday. We still have TONS of stuff to sell... especially baby stuff (and somehow I still have TONS left in storage)... we didn't even make it to the front storage closet to sift through the stuff in it (although I'm pretty sure it's mostly just empty boxes for electronics and whatnot)... oh well, there's always next year.

In other news, we think we might have found a house that is worth pursuing... we'll have to see if we can get financing for it... it seems to be a difficult property to finance (multiple people have reportedly tried), but we're hoping to get a really good agent on our side to help us. We'll see what happens.

Okay... enough rambling for tonight. I have research to do (on the house), shows to watch (OTH again, since Jason didn't stay up to watch it Monday night), and books to read (GG!!!).
